Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Luxora. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, opened collectibles, trading cards (PokΓ©mon products), and digital products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@urluxora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediantley upon receipt of delivery at support@urluxora.com with a photo of the item and your order number.Β
